Our staff chose IDB because of the sense of fulfillment contributing to sustainable peace in Mindanao. At present, our staff members are composed of Expatriates, representatives from the Government of the Philippines (GPH), Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and locally hired personnel.

The IDB is unique in many ways. We have a working environment that is conducive for developing skills. The IDB creates close-knit relations between staff members despite coming from different representations. The organization adheres to the values of professionalism, effectiveness, and respect.
