IDB Wraps Up Successful Psychosocial Program in a Culmination activity with VAW Campaign

Datu Odin Sinsuat – The Independent Decommissioning Body (IDB) concluded its successful implementation of the Psychosocial Program with a heartwarming Psychosocial Culmination activity on December 12, 2024, at Twinkle’s Beach Resort, Brgy. Kusiong.
Launched in July 2024, the program was designed to prioritize the holistic well-being of IDB staff, addressing both physical and mental health aspects of the workplace. Through a series of engaging activities, including indoor and outdoor games, e-games, and personal development sessions, the program fostered teamwork, communication, and personal growth among employees.

The Psychosocial Culmination served as the grand finale of the program this year, bringing together IDB staff to celebrate their collective achievements and strengthen camaraderie. The event provided a much-needed opportunity for relaxation, recreation, and social interaction, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
In addition to the Psychosocial Culmination, IDB actively participated in the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW). Through a short activity and a pledge of commitment, IDB demonstrated its support for this important cause. By raising awareness and taking action, IDB aims to contribute to a society free from violence and discrimination.
By implementing this psychosocial program and supporting the VAW campaign, IDB demonstrates its commitment to employee well-being and social responsibility. The organization aims to create a thriving workplace where staff feel valued, motivated, and empowered to excel, while also promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment.
