IDB Chairman Message of Support to the CAB 11th Anniversary

On behalf of the Independent Decommissioning Body, I extend my warmest greetings as we celebrate the 11th anniversary of the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB)—a testament to the unwavering commitment to peace, reconciliation, and development.

As Chairman of the Independent Decommissioning Body, I have witnessed the dedication of all parties in advancing the peace process. On behalf of the IDB Board and member countries, we commend the Government of the Philippines, the Bangsamoro leadership, the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), and all stakeholders for their tireless efforts in bringing peace dividends to communities.

We remain committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen governance, foster economic growth, and promote social cohesion in the Bangsamoro. Let us celebrate this milestone and renew our shared resolve to sustain peace for future generations.
